Your First Visit to Our Clinic
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our new patient form. To save some time, you can also download and print the New Patient Form and fill it out in advance.
Initial Examination
When you meet with a dentist, they will discuss your dental history with you and perform a complete oral examination. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Once your examination is complete, your dentist will provide you with a recommended treatment plan. They will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payments
At Karo Dental, we'll help you navigate our options for payments and insurance, so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Direct Billing
We offer direct billing to some insurance companies, and we will submit the amount owing to your insurance company on your behalf. Our administrative team is happy to help you better understand your insurance plan.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit and most major credit cards.
