Your First Visit to Our Clinic
We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any last-minute paperwork.
Please complete any digital intake forms you received ahead of your visit and have your identification and insurance cards ready. We also request that you bring any previous dental records, X-rays, and a list of current medications with you.
Initial Examination
When you meet with a dentist, they will discuss your dental history with you and perform a complete oral examination. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Once your examination is complete, your dentist will provide you with a recommended treatment plan. They will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Direct Billing
We offer direct billing for most insurance companies. We can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement without the need for paper forms and signatures.
Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better, and can also send estimates to your insurance company before starting any complex treatments.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit and most major credit cards. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our team if you have any additional questions about our payment methods.
